There’s no longer a wait for the bus for teenage drivers and their ‘fwends’ with this new special INBETWEENERS edition of the adorable Fiat Panda.
Created by Fiat as a tribute to the iconic Fiat Cinquecento that starred in several episodes of the cult TV show ‘The Inbetweeners’. This Panda ‘Hawaii’ comes with free insurance included to all first-time, teenage drivers.
We love the distinctive yellow with a pre-dented red passenger door – just like Simon Cooper’s in the show – with just 1,419 Hawaii Editions each car made will feature a period-style M-registration plate, black plastic bumpers and a radio-cassette player.
Fiat has also brought its iconic 899cc overhead valve engine back into production to keep performance in check. Just 38bhp still makes it a great little runner without dangerous speeds being possible.
Parents of new teenage drivers will be offered special purchasing incentives, so they can buy theirs, what could be ‘‘the most valuable present they’ll ever get.’’
Fiat spokesperson Buffo D’Aprile said: “The Panda Hawaii is perfect for young men as not only is it cheap to run, but it also attracts members of the opposite sex.
“April 1st is the first morning of sale and what youngster wouldn’t want to be seen in such an iconic and classic vehicle?’’
Optional extras include a really useful anti-squirrel-collision system and mild amphibious qualities to ensure safety in the Panda Hawaii should it eventually end up in a pond.
With the first 14 customers to order a Fiat Panda Hawaii receiving four free tickets to Thorpe Park, including queue-jump passes for the front seats of Nemesis Inferno. It’s a special deal in the making.
