Dates for the 2013 Goodwood Festival of Speed and Revival

Lord March has just announced the revised dates for the Goodwood Festival of Speed and Goodwood Revival.

This year the 20th anniversary of the Goodwood Festival of Speed will be taking place from Friday 12th July to Sunday 14th July not the previous week, the dates have just been changed due to the clash with the F1 German Grand Prix. As usual it promises to be one of the most glamorous motorsport events of the year. The theme for this years events will be announced very soon.

 

Formula 1 content has played a key part in the Festival over the last twenty years and will continue to do so in 2013 as part of Goodwood’s 20th anniversary Festival celebrations.

As in the previous years the Goodwood Moving Motor show will be held on Thursday 11th July this event is more and more being that the ‘British motor show’ and a unique show for test driving and viewing cars.

The Goodwood Revival is booked for the weekend of the 13-15th of September 2013.  This year it was a complete sell out. A truly magical step back in time with all the accompanying spectacle glamorous Goodwood heydays.

As in previous years admission will be strictly by advance ticket only.  Ticket sales will be starting on Thursday 1 November all young people between 13 and 21 can purchase Festival state and Revival tickets for half the price and children under 12 are still free as is all car parking.
