Skoda dominates 2012 Auto Express Driver Power Awards.  The car ownership survey placing its Yeti SUV top, the Superb family car second and the Octavia in fourth.

Two years running Skoda have topped the Driver Power Awards with this year’s rankings a reverse of last year, when the Superb came first and the Yeti second.

Steve Fowler, Editor-in-Chief of Auto Express, said: “Skoda clearly knows a thing or two about keeping its customers happy.”

In this year’s Driver Power Awards survey there was a technology category, buyers were asked to rate the quality of their in-car gadgets. British-built Nissans dominated the top of the tech chart with the Juke in first place and the Qashqai in fourth.

There was more good news for British car makers with the Jaguar XF continuing its strong run in Driver Power with a fifth place this year. Last year the Jaguar XF was named the most successful car in ten years of Driver Power surveys.
