How we hire
1. Cultural add interview
This is the first interview with a member of our Talent Acquisition Team, where you'll learn more about Drive. We'll also take you through the full interview process and answer any other questions you might have. It's also a chance for us to get to know you better and find out what excites you about joining Drive.
2. Hiring manager interview
At the next stage, you'll meet the hiring manager and have an in-depth chat about the role, your skills and past experiences. It'll be your chance to ask them questions about the team and role.
3. Challenge & meet the team!
We may ask you to complete a task-based challenge to help us get an idea of how you approach problem solving. It'll also give you a view of the types of projects you could be working on day to day. You'll also have the chance to meet more members of your future team!

Holidays

FAQs
Our office is based at LABS House, 15-19 Bloomsbury Way, London, WC1A 2TH, UK.
We’re mostly in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but the office is open every day of the week! Some teams may occasionally choose different days in the office.
Currently, we don't have a yearly intake for any of the above. If you have an interest in the business and would like to find out more, please reach out directly to careers@drive.co.uk.
