Citroens on the approved used scheme have their mileage and identity verified, have no outstanding finance and have never been written-off. They're also checked to ensure any recalls have been carried out before the car's sold. If any of this proves to be incorrect, Citroen will replace the car within 30 days of purchase.

Is there an exchange policy with Approved Used Citroens?

If there's a problem with your approved used Citroen that can't be resolved within 30 days after you have bought it, Citroen will swap the car for one of the same value.
