What warranty do Approved Used SEATs come with?
All SEAT Approved Used cars come with at least a 24-month warranty. If the car is still within the original three-year/60,000-mile factory warranty, the Approved Used cover will extend that protection, and it covers both mechanical and electrical parts.
Is there MOT cover with Approved Used SEATs?
Yes. You get up to 24 months of MOT cover with each Approved Used SEAT. This includes up to £750 of MOT-related repairs if the car fails its test, subject to a £10 excess per claim.
Is there an inspection with Approved Used SEATs?
Every SEAT goes through a detailed multi-point inspection before being listed as Approved Used. This ensures that only vehicles meeting SEAT's standards make it to the forecourt. The inspection covers everything from braking performance to interior condition. If you're not happy with your new car, you can exchange it within 30 days.
Do SEAT Approved Used cars come with a history check?
Yes, SEAT checks the service history, verifies mileage, confirms the car's identity, and ensures that there are no outstanding finance or insurance claims. This is all to give you both transparency and extra peace of mind in your purchase.
Is there an exchange policy with Approved Used SEATs?
If you're not happy with your car within the first 30 days or 1000 miles (whichever comes first), you can exchange it for another SEAT of the same or higher value. You’ll need to cover any price difference and the car must be returned in the condition it was sold.
Are there any extras included with SEAT Approved Used cars?
There are, yes. You’ll get from five days’ drive-away insurance, roadside assistance, and the option of service and finance packages. For newer cars (under 36 months), SEAT also offers a finance contribution and a discounted servicing plan.
